The International Standards Journalists Association (ISJA) in collaboration with its allied partners will this August hold its annual Prestigious Lecture series on Media & Law.
It would be under the theme ‘Avoiding Contemptuous lawsuits in-the-line-of-duty; speaking freely in a democracy’.
The lecture would be delivered by Distinguished Fellow-Dr Nana Oppong, who is the President of the Distinguished Scholars of Africa and of the ISJA.
*Date:* Thursday, August 25th, 2016
*Venue:* Conference Hall, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSRI), Kawukudi Junction (off 37-Roman Ridge Road) Accra.
*Time:* 9 am prompt.
The lecture is an excellent capacity-building in law and media for all Media Practitioners, Journalists and Stakeholders in the media industry, including media owners, managers, producers, editors, distributors and consumers of media contents.
